This year the Žilina Model United Nations 2023 (ŽilinaMUN 2023) international conference could once again be held, organized by the Bilingual High School, T. Ružička 3 in Žilina.
The Model United Nations (MUN) is a high school academic simulation of a United Nations meeting. It aims to educate students about current global political events, international relations, diplomacy, and the UN’s work, and to develop oratory skills: arguing a point, getting information, public speaking, negotiation, and speaking in a foreign language.
ŽilinaMUN is a motivating, creative, challenging and stimulating conference that provides an opportunity to discuss key international issues with determined young debaters in English, Spanish and French. The event strengthens relations between cooperating students, schools and countries to foster a welcoming space.
