Data Integration

Quantitative Development of the Information System of the Central Management of Reference Data

The goal of the Data Integration project is to expand the mutual exchange of data among integrated organizations – public authorities (PAs) through the Information System of the Central Management of Reference Data services and to enhance data quality in individual PA information systems.

Main project benefits:

  • Optimized and efficient functioning of state administration, creating technical conditions for implementing the anti-bureaucratic principle of “The Once Only Principle “.
  • Technological accessibility of the data integration platform and the Information System of the Central Management of Reference Data services for additional PAs, resulting in the connection of 35 new IS PA.
  • Expansion of integrations by more than 1,000 integration links and 100 registration objects through the connection of new providers and consumers and the expansion of data integration in already involved PAs.
  • Creation of a Data Model for the involved PAs to systematically determine the scope of integrations in the state, contributing to the implementation of the “The Once Only Principle“.
  • Improvement of provided data quality – provision of tools for addressing data quality and implementation of data quality procedures (data profiling, data identification against reference data, transformation into new formats such as JSON LD).
