CEVO: faster, more accurate and better documented calculation of water and sewage prices

Preparing a price proposal for the ÚRSO is one of the most demanding processes in water companies. It requires the correct application of legislation, working with data from multiple sources, checking the eligibility of costs, and thorough documentation of the entire process. In many cases, a significant part of these activities is still carried out manually, which prolongs the entire process and increases the risk of errors.

That’s why MIM has developed CEVO – a software tool for automated water and sewerage price calculation. The solution also includes logical input checks, recording the parameters of individual calculation runs and an overview of all intermediate steps that lead to the final price.

The user can track individual steps of the calculation, checks and ongoing results, including allocations, limits, depreciation, personnel costs, reasonable profit or calculation of average and maximum price. The output also includes mandatory annexes to the price proposal according to the requirements of the ÚRSO.
